Connecting an Outlook email account to WooSender

Easily connect your Outlook email account to WooSender to sync your calendar, manage availability, and streamline scheduling for calls and appointments.

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to Communication

  3. Click Email Provider → Connect

  4. Enter your Outlook login credentials

5. Grant WooSender permission and click Accept

6. Your Outlook calendar will then be successfully connected

  • Connecting Outlook email is only available for free accounts. If you are using the Microsoft Exchange, please connect it with the SMTP and IMAP info.

  • If your domain is synced with GoDaddy email (Office 365) or Microsoft 365, you will not be able to connect the domain to WooSender since Office 365 does not provide IMAP information. Therefore, we recommend connecting your custom domain to Google Workspace instead of Office 365 to ensure it works with WooSender.

Adding a Personal Email

Since Gmail and Outlook have their own sending limits, connecting individual users' email addresses will help distribute the load. This way, you will be able to send more emails than the individual limits allow..
