We'd like to inform you about a significant update concerning US carriers' compliance policies that could impact your SMS marketing efforts. Effective August 31, 2023, accounts that have not received full approval for their Standard Business Profile or Campaign Registration will be restricted from sending SMS messages.
If you find that your SMS messages are being filtered, or if your account is either restricted or suspended, this policy change is likely the cause.
What should I do?
1️⃣ Log in to your account on our platform.
2️⃣ Go to the Settings ➡️ Account Info ➡️ "Business Profile" or "Campaign Registration" section.
3️⃣ Review the status
EXAMPLE OF STATUS
If your business profile is "Rejected":
Verify that all the details you've entered on the form are accurate.
Share your legal business EIN document with a support agent, allowing us to proceed with manual verification.
NOTE: If your business profile is not approved, you cannot register for the campaign.
If Campaign Registration is "Rejected":
Campaign registration undergoes a manual review process by TCR. This means the TCR team assesses whether the business website meets all necessary criteria. If any requirements are absent, the status will be labeled as "rejected".
Ensure that your business website contains all the necessary requirements. If any are missing, please add them to the website.

2. If you have all the requirements on your website, please share your business website address with a support agent.
If Campaign Registration is "In Review":
Due to increased demand, US carriers have informed us that the campaign vetting process might take up to 3 weeks. Regrettably, this is not under WooSender's control and we're unable to alter this timeframe. However, please contact our Support via live chat, and we'll do our best to speed up the process for you.
