Shortcut:

Under TCR regulation, all businesses must register their campaigns by August 31st. Those not registered by this date will be unable to send SMS.

All campaign registrations are manually vetted by TCR. To ensure a smooth registration process and faster approval times, please provide all the required information upfront to minimize back-and-forth communication.

Things You Need to Have Before Submitting:

1) Privacy Policy Page:

Please provide the URL of your privacy policy page. If you don't have one, you can use the template provided here

NOTE: This page should NOT contain any indications that the data from the opt-in form is disseminated to others. Mentioning terms like "third party," "share information," or "business transfer" is strictly forbidden.
Any such references will result in rejection.

2) Terms of Service Page:

Please provide the URL of the terms of service from your website. If you don't have one, we offer a template you can use here.

3) Consent Text Below the CTA Form:

Ensure that the form on your website, especially on the homepage and main call-to-action page, includes the following template right under the submit button. (important to have the checkbox)

NOTE: Ensure they provide the link to the opt-in form and not to the business website's main landing page.

By clicking “submit”, I consent to join the email list and receive SMS from <business name>, with access to our latest offers and services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. 4) Identify Yourself:

If you are the actual lender, please state so in the campaign description "We are a direct lender."

-The User acknowledges that they may receive up to 1-2 messages per week.

-The User may opt-out of the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any Message received.
