If you’ve submitted your business profile and it shows as “rejected”, please reach out to support via live chat. US carrier’s A2P Onboarding team will troubleshoot this on your behalf.


If it shows as “Profile being reviewed”, this means the 10DLC (Woosender number) is currently going through a manual vetting process. During this pending state, your traffic will not be A2P registered, so it's recommended to wait for approval to begin sending messages for your campaign.

Be aware, US carriers are currently experiencing delays with A2P 10DLC Campaign Vetting due to an increase in volume with the 3rd party agency performing the manual review. As a result, they are currently seeing approval times up to several weeks vetting A2P 10DLC Campaigns.

In the meantime, we suggest our users to use a toll-free number.

Toll-free numbers must also be submitted for verification; however, the difference between toll-free and 10DLC number, is that once a toll-free number is submitted for verification, the verification status of the same will change to "pending verification" which allows you to send an SMS instantly. While 10DLC, you need to wait until your campaign is approved to start sending traffic.

Please reach out to support via livechat if you choose to move forward with a temporary toll-free number while your campaign registry is being reviewed.
