Message Delivery

Explaining how to check the account's message delivery rate.

As part of our latest system update, we've introduced Error and Opt-out Rate Monitoring, and to make it easier for you to keep track of your message delivery, we've created a dedicated page for it called "Message Delivery".
Simply go to Settings ➡️ Account Info ➡️ Message Delivery to access this page.

On this page, you are able to:

  • View message delivery status live

  • View the report in line or bar graph

  • Hover over the bar or line to see the exact number

  • View the daily chart or the last 7 days' report

In case your error rate exceeds the 12.5% limit or your opt-out rate surpasses 2.5%, a pop-up notification and warning icons will appear next to your current rates. This means you'll be temporarily restricted from sending SMS. To find out more about the limit and the steps to lift the restriction, please refer to this page for more information.

If your account is under restriction, SMS won't be sent to leads, but you'll see a warning message explaining it. The unsent SMS won't be sent even when the restriction is lifted. Instead, the flagged message will be skipped, and the next SMS will be sent once the restriction is lifted.
