The Filter Contact feature allows you to view only those contacts that meet specific filter criteria. This is particularly useful for streamlining mass actions or for quickly identifying specific contacts in a single view.
How to filter contacts by Status
Go to the Contacts page
Click More filter
Click Status and select the status of contacts you want to show
Click Ok and Apply
How to filter contacts by Assignee
Go to the Contacts page
Click More filter
Click Assignee and select the assignee assigned to the contacts you want to show
Click Ok and Apply
How to filter contacts by Contact Date Created
Go to the Contacts page
Click More filter
Click Contact Date Created and select the date/s you want to show
Click Ok and Apply
How to filter contacts by Campaign
Go to the Contacts page
Click More filter
Click Campaigns and select the campaign the contacts are in that you want to show.
Click Ok and Apply
How to filter contacts by Campaign Start Date
Go to the Contacts page
Click More filter
Click Campaign Start Date and select the date/s you want to show
Click Ok and Apply
How to filter contacts Campaign Assigned Date
Go to the Contacts page
Click More filter
Click Campaign Assigned Date and select the date/s you want to show
Click Ok and Apply
How to filter contacts by Pipeline and Stages
Go to the Contacts page
Click More filter
Click Pipeline and Stages and select the pipeline and stages of contacts you want to show
Click Ok and Apply
How to filter contacts by Custom Info
Go to the Contacts page
Click More filter
Click the custom info you want to show
Click Ok and Apply
NOTE: In the sample GIF below, you will see I added a “Business” custom info, then I typed “hair salon”. All contacts involved in this specific industry will show.
How to filter contacts by Tags
Go to the Contacts page
Click More filter
Click Tags and select the tag attached to the contacts you want to show
Click Ok and Apply
How to filter contacts with Invalid Numbers
Go to the Contacts page
Click More filter
Click Contacts with Invalid Numbers
Click Apply
NOTE: Invalid numbers may be caused if: A number is a landline number (L), or it is an unreachable destination.
