Introducing the Active Contact Indicator

When you navigate to Contacts → All Contacts, you’ll notice a target icon next to your contacts.

  • A blue target icon indicates an Active Contact

  • Active Contact: An Active Contact is any contact that a user has reached out to or scheduled an appointment with during the current billing cycle.

This indicator helps you quickly identify which contacts are actively being worked and engaged within your account, making it easier to track outreach activity and manage follow-ups effectively.

You can also view all Active Contacts in this billing cycle by selecting 'Active Contacts'.

Within the Pipeline section, you can filter opportunity cards via active and inactive contacts:

What is the difference between Engagement status and Active contacts?

  • Engagement Status: This is our original statuses. This indicates the current stage or progress of communication with a contact. For more details on Outreach Status, see this article.

  • Active Contacts: A contact is considered Active when the assigned user has reached out to them at least once during the current billing period.
