New Statuses:

The new status is a system status. It cannot be changed or updated.

The only status you want to focus on is "attention". Attention means you will need to take over the conversation.

Don't panic, inactive means that the contact does not have any automation event or reminder pending. This allows you to decide if you should move the leads to a new campaign.

ACTIVE
When your contact is being taken care of, there is either automation coming or WooAI is taking care of the conversation.

INACTIVE

When the campaign ends or all automation has been sent out to the contact.

ATTENTION

When the contact replies to the automation or WooAI needs the user's help.

STOPPED

When the contact messages STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT or turn on the Do Not Contact (DNC)
