How to create a WooVoice
To create a WooVoice, follow the steps below to get started.
Go to Settings ➡️ WooAI ➡️ WooVoice ➡️ Add Script.
Terms of Use
To create a WooVoice, you’ll need to agree to the Terms of Use.
Step 1: Call Info
Start by naming the script, selecting the call direction, and choosing the appointment type.
NOTE: At the moment WooVoice only supports Outbound direction.
Step 2: Company Info
Enter the company’s name, business industry, and website (if available).
Step 3: Product Info
Enter the product name, offer, and hook. WooAI will use these details to create your personalized call script.
Step 4: Vetting Questions
You can add up to 10 vetting questions to see if the lead is qualified to schedule a call with you.
Using the Fail Example, you can ensure only qualified leads are booked with WooVoice.
NOTE: How Fail Example works. Here is an example: If the lead mentions anything below $2000 the AI will politely let the lead know they are not a good fit for your service and end the call.
Yes or No
You also have the option to add Yes or No vetting questions, by using the equal sign '='
Step 5: Assistant Settings
Add a name for your assistant and choose a voice. You can also adjust the voice’s stability, similarity, and style to fit your needs.
The assistant's name will be used when making outbound calls to opted-in leads. The assistant will introduce itself, for example, "Hi, this is Amy, Daniel's AI assistant from Daniel's Landscape."
Test Script
Before publishing your WooVoice, you can test it by clicking Test Script at the bottom right.
This lets you ensure the script meets your needs before you publish it.
Edit Script
Before publishing, you have the option to edit your WooVoice to fit your business needs.
Vetting questions cannot be edited but can be edited in the script.
NOTE: You can still edit the script even after it's published.
Additional Rules
You can add instructions for the AI to follow during outbound calls.
