In addition to the SMS Delivery dashboard, WooSender has now introduced the Email Delivery Dashboard as well. To view this dashboard, navigate to Settings ➡️ Account Info ➡️ Message Delivery ➡️ Click on Email to access the page.

Important Note: This feature is only available when your email is connected through the WooSender provider. If you are using Gmail, Outlook, or connecting via SMTP & IMAP, this feature will not be available.

On this page, you can:

  • View email delivery rates categorized by Bounces, Unsubscribes, and Spam Complaints

  • View the report in line or bar graph

  • Hover over the bar or line to see the exact number

  • View the daily chart or the last 7 days' report

Account Restriction & Suspension

If your rates exceed the set thresholds, your account will be restricted, preventing your email automation from sending messages. This policy mirrors the SMS restriction process: if your account is restricted three consecutive times, it will be suspended, and reinstatement will only be possible once your rates fall below the required threshold.

Rates Leading to Account Restriction:

Bounce

  • Warning (Email will be sent): 7%

  • Restriction: 10%

Unsubscribe

  • The unsubscribe rate won't affect your account suspension.

Spam Complaints

  • Warning (Email will be sent): 0.07%

  • Restriction: 0.1%

Example

If your account is under restriction, email automation will not be sent to your contacts, and you'll receive a warning message explaining the situation. The unsent emails will not be delivered even after the restriction is lifted. Instead, the flagged messages will be skipped, and the next scheduled automation will be sent once the restriction is removed.
