We've heard your feedback about the confusion when contacts unexpectedly call your assigned WooSender number. Identifying the caller and their needs quickly was challenging, often leaving you scrambling for information. If this sounds familiar, our new feature is here to help!

We've launched the "Whisper Message" feature, designed to provide you with the context you need as soon as you pick up a call to your WooSender number. When a contact calls, you'll hear the custom message you created, allowing you to quickly identify them and their needs.

Additionally, you can now choose which number will appear when a WooSender call is forwarded to you. You have two options:

  • Caller's Number: This option remains unchanged, displaying the contact's number on your phone.

  • Tracking Number: This option shows a number from your WooSender number pool. If you've saved WooSender numbers in your phone, you'll immediately recognize the call as coming from WooSender.

To enable this feature, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Navigate to Number Pools.

3. Choose the Caller ID Options.

4. Turn on the Whisper Message.

5. Edit the message as you like.

NOTE: This feature will not work when "Call Contact Automatically" is enabled for appointments. It is designed to activate only when the contact calls your WooSender number directly.
