Customizing a campaign's automation events accurately can be challenging, leading to potential human errors. WooSender's new "Autopilot" feature addresses this by allowing users to create entire campaigns based on their business type or specific needs.

Simply input your business specifications, and Autopilot's AI will generate a complete campaign using multiple channels. You can easily edit and regenerate events before publishing them to your campaign list. Plus it will create the pipeline for the flow you created and the custom dashboard as well!

With Autopilot, you can enhance efficiency and reduce errors in your communication strategies, making campaign management smarter and simpler.

Let's dive into how to use the Autopilot feature!

Firstly, you can find the Autopilot in the Settings. You will see "Autopilot AI Draft" located under the WooAI dropdown. And you will find the "Use Autopilot AI" at the top right corner. Or you can go to the Campaign page and select "Use Autopilot AI"

Select the type of flow

Depending on what lead type you have, you can choose either Inbound or Outbound flow.

Inbound Flow

The Inbound Flow is ideal for users looking to schedule calls with leads who have completed a form on their business website. When you choose Inbound Flow, WooAI will assist you in the following tasks:

  • Writing follow-up copy

  • Creating automation events

  • Developing a pipeline

  • Scoring interest

  • Booking appointments

  • Sending reminders

  • Making calls

  • Creating a custom dashboard

Step 1: Inbound Info

Start by naming the flow and selecting the lead source, identifying where the lead is from. Define the goal of this flow and choose the appropriate appointment type.

Step 2: Company Info

Enter your company name, industry, and website (if available) so the AI can tailor the flow to your specific company details.

Step 3: Product Info

Input your product name and choose how you want the AI to gather research data—either from the offer message or the company website. Provide details about your product offer, and if there are any specific points you want to highlight, you can include them in the product hook field.

Step 4: Appointment Settings

Select the number and duration of appointments you want WooAI to offer in one message.

Step 5: Confirm Research

Voila! You will see the pain points, benefits, outcomes, sales angles, product offers, and product hooks generated by WooAI based on your provided information. If you're not satisfied with the results, you can easily edit, regenerate, delete, or add new content as needed.

Step 6: Review Inbound Flow

Finally, you will see the campaign flow created based on the key points from Step 5. WooAI has generated Lead Generation, No Response, No Show, and Re-engagement campaigns for you, along with automation events across various channels. You'll also find calendar invites, appointment confirmation messages, and appointment reminders. How convenient! Just like in Step 5, if you're not satisfied, you can edit the automation events generated by WooAI or re-generate them until they meet your expectations.

Voicemail Drop

In Autopilot AI, we've introduced the Assistant voice feature. No need to manually upload your recorded voice—simply select the Assistant voice you prefer, and it will read the speech for you.

When you finish editing, you’re ready to publish the flow. Once published, all campaigns will be available on your campaign page. If you need to delete or edit any automation events, you can do so just as you normally would.

Outbound Flow

The Outbound Flow is designed for users with old leads or a cold list that requires vetting to qualify for an appointment. By selecting Outbound Flow, WooAI will provide the same assistance as in the Inbound Flow, with the addition of one crucial task: validating the list to ensure the quality of the leads. Here’s how WooAI can help:

  • Writing follow-up copy

  • Creating automation events

  • Developing a pipeline

  • Validating the list

  • Scoring interest

  • Booking appointments

  • Sending reminders

  • Making calls

  • Creating a custom dashboard

Step 1: Outbound Info

Start by naming the flow and selecting the lead type, identifying where the lead is from.

Provide details about your product offer, what your clients or profession is and if there are any specific points you want to highlight, you can include them in the product hook field.

Step 6: Review Outbound Flow

In this final step, you will see the campaign flow created based on the key points from Step 5. WooAI has generated campaigns for Lead Generation, No Response, No Show, and Re-engagement, along with automated events across various channels. In the outbound flow, WooResponse 'Intent Triggers' have been added to help WooAI manage each reply individually, ensuring wrong numbers or other issues are addressed. If the default intents are insufficient, feel free to edit them. You'll also find calendar invites, appointment confirmation messages, and appointment reminders. How convenient! Just like in Step 5, if you're not satisfied, you can edit the automation events generated by WooAI or re-generate them until they meet your expectations.
