The new "Mark as Attention" Feature in WooResponse
WooResponse introduces a new action option, "Mark as Attention," enhancing user control and contact management. Here's what you need to know:
Functionality
When "Mark as Attention" is enabled, WooResponse pauses its automated processes, signalling the user to take manual action. This ensures contacts requiring special attention are handled appropriately.
Status Change
Activating this action changes the contact's status to "Attention" with a specific reason: "A WooResponse action has changed this contact's status to Attention." It highlights contacts needing immediate, personalized attention.
Compatibility
Cannot be used alongside with few actions:

Validation Process
WooSender verifies for any discrepancies when users simultaneously select Mark as Attention and Add/Update Opportunity in the WooResponse action. During this process, WooResponse checks whether the stage being updated includes a trigger action named "Assign to Campaign." If such a conflict is detected, a warning will be issued. Similarly, if a user sets up the WooResponse action with both Mark as Attention and Add/Update Opportunity, and then attempts to add a stage action trigger via the Edit Stage page, a warning will be shown, preventing the addition of the "Assign to Campaign" action.
