The WooResponse Library has been updated with a new feature in the Logged Responses section.
What are Logged responses?
When a contact is part of a campaign with WooResponse activated and connected to a library but does not trigger a keyword response from the library. In such cases, the contact's status will change to 'Attention', prompting a manual reply from the user. This manual response is recorded in the associated library, offering an opportunity to review and potentially extract these responses into your library for future automated triggers.
What has been updated?
Previously, the WooResponse Library was limited to triggering responses based on specific keywords, with the Logged Responses feature solely capturing these keyword triggers. However, we've now enhanced the library by adding a smart Intent trigger and Logged Responses will now document the intent behind a message rather than merely the keywords used, marking a significant improvement in how interactions are recorded and responded to.
How does that work?
The process remains almost the same as the functionality of the previous feature. When the status updates to 'Attention', the user will manually respond to the message. This manually composed reply is then recorded within the Logged Responses section.
After the response is logged, you have the ability to extract the contact's intent to the library. With a simple click, WooAI analyzes the contact's message to identify and summarize its intent. This identified intent can then be seamlessly converted into the library by clicking "Convert to Wooresponse", enabling its utilization in future interactions.
NOTE: If the response is already converted to WooResponse, it won't show on the Logged Responses page.
