Connect Up to Three Calendars
Users now can connect a maximum of three extra calendars to their WooSender account, effectively reducing the risk of overlapping appointments or double bookings in already occupied time slots.
Primary Calendar Sync
The Primary calendar remains the central hub for appointments. Any appointments created on WooSender will sync to the Primary Calendar and vice versa, maintaining the existing logic. The current linked calendar will automatically be set as the user's Primary calendar.
Enhanced Scheduling Capabilities
Time Suggestion with {{wooai}} Shortcode:
For individual users, the {{wooai}} shortcode will now check all linked calendars (including the Primary and additional calendars) to suggest available time slots.
For pooled availability, it will assess the calendars of all pool members to find a common available time.
Checking Availability for Bookings:
When contacts select a time for an appointment, WooBooking will review the availability across all linked calendars of the assignee.
In pooled availability scenarios, it considers the calendars of all pool members, ensuring that the chosen time works for everyone involved.

In a significant efficiency boost, users can now view contact information directly within the calendar interface. Clicking on a contact brings up a popup with all their details and conversation history, saving time that would otherwise be spent navigating to a separate contact page.
