Zapier Update — Ability to Assign Appointment or Contact

Previously, users could only assign one user per contact, essentially mapping appointment details into WooSender via Zapier settings. This setup was not ideal as it didn't account for scenarios where the contact assignee and appointment assignee were different individuals. Moreover, WooSender users often needed to assign campaigns and pipelines simultaneously while importing appointments into WooSender.

New Enhancements

Separate Assignees

With the latest update, when pushing an appointment from a calendar or other CRM systems to WooSender, users can now distinctly choose both an appointment assignee and a contact assignee.

Pipeline & Stage Assignments

Alongside this, there is an option to assign a specific pipeline and stage within the 'create appointment' action.

Campaign Assignment

The update also allows for the assignment of campaigns directly in the appointment creation process.

Data Overriding

In cases where a contact is already assigned to a pipeline or user, this new update in Zapier will automatically override the existing data.
