Introducing the Enhanced Campaign Dashboard: A Comprehensive Operational and Statistical Tool

The Campaign Dashboard has always been a valuable asset for monitoring contact engagement. Previously, its functionality was focused on showing the number of contacts assigned and who responded to your campaign. But now, we're excited to unveil a major update that significantly expands its capabilities.

Operational Insights: Real-Time Queue and Automation Engagement

With the latest update, the Campaign Dashboard transforms into a more dynamic and insightful tool by incorporating real-time operational data. You can now see exactly how many leads are queued for a campaign and monitor how many are currently engaging with the automation messages from Day 0. Moreover, you can see how many contacts are in the campaign based on their status.

Customizable Campaign Performance Statistics

The standout feature of this update is the Campaign Performance section, which presents a comprehensive statistical breakdown. Here you can analyze the number of contacts reached, those who've responded, and where contacts are stopping in the campaign on specific days. To tailor this to your needs, you have the flexibility to select which statistics to display. Whether it's Total Contacts Sent, Total Responded, or Total Stopped, you can customize the dashboard to show the data that matters most to you.

Day-to-Day Tracking

Our new system adapts to your campaign's schedule. If your campaign spans 6 days but includes a day without any automated messaging, the dashboard will mark this as a "no event" day. This means you won't see irrelevant data, keeping your insights accurate and actionable.

Timeframe Selection for In-Depth Analysis

In addition to these features, you can now select specific timeframes to evaluate your campaign's performance. This flexibility allows you to understand your campaign's effectiveness over different periods, making it easier to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

This update isn't just about new data points; it's about providing a more intuitive, comprehensive tool that empowers you to run more effective campaigns.
