Important Changes to Webhook Functionality
We are excited to announce some important updates to our webhook functionalities that are geared toward improving your user experience and expanding integration capabilities.
Decoupling from Zapier:
Previously, the webhook "Contact Stage Changed (legacy)" only triggered when there was a stage change in Zapier. This has now changed. Going forward, the webhook will function independently of Zapier. As soon as you add a link to the new "Contact Stage Changed" field, any changes on the WooSender account will automatically be reflected without any need to go through Zapier.
Migrating to the New Webhook Field:
For users who have set up a webhook under the "Contact Stage Changed (legacy)" field, please note that this field will be permanently deleted on November 6th. It is crucial that you migrate to the new "Contact Stage Changed" field before this date to avoid any service disruptions.
Migrating is straightforward – simply copy your webhook URL from the legacy field and paste it into the new "Contact Stage Changed" field.
Removal of Zapier Page:
To align with our decision to decouple the webhook functionality from Zapier, the Zapier page under the settings will also be removed. This means that the legacy field will disappear, and there will be no direct integration with Zapier on our platform for this function.
Action Required:
If you are using the "Contact Stage Changed (legacy)" webhook, please migrate to the new "Contact Stage Changed" field by copying and pasting your URL before November 6th.
