Multilingual WooBooking is designed to help businesses reach a broader audience. Its goal is to make the system accessible to people who speak different languages, fostering inclusivity and enabling global connections.
How Multilingual WooBooking Works
Multilingual WooBooking works by transforming the WooAI message into the language of your choice. When activated, the WooAI code will be in the selected language as well.
Getting Started with Primary Language WooBooking
Enabling the Primary Language WooBooking is simple. Users just need to select their desired language in the campaign ➡️ WooBooking ➡️ settings ➡️ Language. Once chosen, the WooAI's entire responses will switch to that language.
Note: Once you select a primary language, for example, Spanish, you won't be able to select Spanish in the Additional Language section and vice versa.
How does Additional Language Work
Additional languages are the only languages WooAI will reply to IF either French, German, Spanish, or Vietnamese is SELECTED.
IF none are selected, WooAI will not reply in French, German, Spanish, or Vietnamese IF the contact replies in any of those languages.
Note: If the contact replies with a language not from the selected list, WooAI will not reply but mark the contact as attention.
Mark as attention
WooBooking will only 'Mark as Attention' IF you have the trigger action turned ON inside WooBooking.
