We're excited to introduce an enhanced feature that's bound to streamline your calling process – the Call Contact Automatically toggle. Here's a deeper dive into how this feature can simplify your workflow.

How Does It Work?

When the Call Contact Automatically toggle is activated, WooSender takes the reins of the calling process. Here's the sequence:

  1. WooSender will first call the assignee.

  2. If the assignee answers and presses "1," WooSender then initiates a call to the contact.

How to Activate the Feature?

This feature kicks into gear in two scenarios:

  1. When the Call Contact Automatically toggle is set to ON for specific appointments.

  2. When the toggle is activated under the General Info page under the user settings.

Why Was This Feature Introduced?

The preliminary call to the assignee ensures they're ready and available, making the entire process smoother and more effective.

How does the new change affect?

We believe that the new changes will not only save you time but will also heighten the chances of successful communications with your leads.

A Look at the Previous Setting

In the past, if a contact missed the call, the assignee had the option to leave a voicemail, and that was the end of that attempt.

What Has Changed?

We've added a more persistent approach to ensure that you have the best chance to connect with the contact:

  1. 1. If the contact doesn't answer the call, WooSender will hang up immediately after the beep.

  2. 2. A minute later, WooSender will once again call the assignee. After pressing "1," WooSender will try to reach out to the contact a second time.

  3. 3. If the contact remains unreachable and after the beep, WooSender will hang up. But here's the perseverance – we try one last time.

  4. 4. On this third attempt, if the contact remains unreachable, the assignee is now granted the opportunity to leave a voicemail, ensuring that the message is conveyed.

NOTE:

  • If the assignee misses or hangs up the automatic call from WooSender, there won't be a second attempt.

  • If the contact hangs up the call without answering, WooSender will not retry to call.
