You can create, name, and even rename multiple number pools, ensuring your numbers are always well-organized.

Standard plan users can access up to 25 numbers, allowing for expansive reach.

Choose your desired number pool for each campaign under the campaign preferences.

If a pool has several numbers, they are distributed in a round-robin style among contacts, optimizing number usage.

Once a lead connects with a particular number, that becomes their dedicated line to your leads. Whether they're part of a new campaign under the same number pool or simply continuing the conversation, they'll always be greeted by that familiar number.

When a lead is linked to a campaign with a different number pool, they’ll receive messages from a new number. However, for campaigns using the same number pool, communication remains consistent with the original number.

Imported contacts are automatically assigned to a default number pool, streamlining the process.

Before any communication, users can switch a contact’s number pool. Once communication starts, that lead retains their assigned pool for a seamless experience.

For insights into which number is linked to a specific lead, simply navigate to their contact detail page. The information is displayed under the "WooSender Number" section. Furthermore, when interacting with messages, just hover over the information icon on top of the message to view the number from which the message was sent.

Navigate your contacts with ease by filtering them based on their associated number pool. This functionality provides an added layer of organization and swift access to desired data sets.

Clicking the generic phone icon on the navigation will display a number from the default number pool. However, for a more tailored approach, if a user wishes to call their leads, they can navigate to the contact detail page. Here, clicking the phone icon next to the contact's number will populate the Woosender number that's specifically linked to that particular contact.
