Feature Enhancement Update: Follow Contact's Timezone Functionality
At WooAI, we believe in continuous improvement based on our user feedback. We're thrilled to announce an enhancement to the "Follow contact's timezone" feature to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.
Previous Behavior:
Regardless of the toggle's status, WooAI always suggested the Appointment time based on the contact's timezone.
When the toggle is ON:
Campaign Automation: The campaign automation was sent based on the contact's timezone.
Appointment Scheduling by WooAI: WooAI suggested and scheduled a call based on the contact timezone.
Timezone Shortcode: {{timezone}} shortcode was going out based on the contact's timezone.
When the toggle is OFF:
Campaign Automation: The campaign automation was sent based on the campaign timezone.
Appointment Scheduling by WooAI: WooAI suggested and scheduled a call based on the contact timezone.
Timezone Shortcode: {{timezone}} shortcode was going out based on the contact's timezone.

When the toggle is ON:

Timezone Shortcode: The {{timezone}} shortcode in the confirmation, calendar invite, and reminder message will reflect the contact's timezone.

How to use this feature?
Simply navigate to your Campaign Preferences➡️ WooAI and look for the "Follow Contact's Timezone" toggle. Choose your desired setting, and the system will take care of the rest!
