Today, we are thrilled to introduce a brand new feature of WooAI, the 'Dashboard', which provides valuable insights into the performance of your WooAI system and the quality of your leads.

WooAI Performance

Overview of WooAI Performance

Designed with the user in mind, the Dashboard presents a comprehensive overview of key metrics including Work Days Saved by WooAI, WooAI vs User Responses, Appointments Booked, Conversations Had By WooAI.

The default setting of the Dashboard presents data from your entire journey with WooAI, beginning to end, allowing a holistic view of performance over time. However, users have the flexibility to tweak this, choosing from periods of 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days, or even setting a custom date range to analyze trends over specific intervals.

Work Days Saved by WooAI & Action Performed By WooAI

The "Work Days Saved by WooAI" metric quantifies the efficiency of using WooAI for tasks instead of manual handling, converting the time saved into workdays based on an 8-hour workday calculation. This metric provides businesses with a clear perspective on the time benefits realized from automation.

Below this, the "Actions Performed By WooAI" metric details the number of tasks that WooAI has completed. It further translates these actions into minutes or days of manual labor saved. This metric offers a granular insight into the tasks automated, highlighting the specific areas where WooAI has been most effective in streamlining operations.

WooAI vs User Responses

The Dashboard showcases a comparative graph of 'WooAI vs User Responses'. This visual depiction reveals how often WooAI responded to your client's messages in comparison to the user's manual responses during the selected period. This can help you evaluate the AI's contribution to your customer engagement.

Appointments Booked

'Appointments Booked' is a valuable metric reflecting the number of appointments WooAI has scheduled within the chosen time frame. This data point is crucial in understanding the direct impact of WooAI on increasing efficiency and reducing the administrative load in booking procedures.

Conversations Had By WooAI

This metric reflects how many unique contacts WooAI has interacted with during the selected period. It offers a quantitative measure of how many contacts have been engaged by the AI and this is indicative of WooAI's capacity to manage communication across multiple contacts.

Lead Quality

WooAI continues to transform the landscape of AI-driven customer engagement with the launch of our second dashboard, specifically designed to provide an in-depth analysis of your lead quality. This new feature offers an intuitive, data-rich interface, showcasing critical metrics such as Assigned To Campaigns, Leads Responded, SMS Quality, Email Quality, Phone Call Quality, and Opt-Out Rate. With this addition, you can now measure, monitor, and improve your lead quality like never before.

Leads Assigned to Campaigns

This metric shows how many contacts have been assigned to your campaigns during the selected timeframe. This helps you to monitor the breadth and depth of your campaign assignments, providing insights into your marketing efforts.

NOTE: If a contact is reassigned to another campaign, they are counted twice.

Leads Responded

Monitoring responses is key to understanding customer engagement. This chart presents the number of contacts who responded among those assigned to a campaign. This can provide crucial feedback on the effectiveness of your campaigns.

NOTE: It only counts leads assigned to a campaign, not assigned to a campaign will not be counted.

SMS Quality

The SMS Quality metric offers a quantitative measure of the number of contacts, assigned to campaigns within the chosen time range, who successfully received SMS messages. This data helps you understand the efficiency of your SMS marketing and the potential need for strategy adjustments.

Invalid: Landline, VoIP, Not capable of receiving SMS

Email Quality

This metric shows how many assigned contacts have a valid email, based on the Email Validation results. It gives you a snapshot of your email marketing potential and can help refine your email outreach strategies.

Phone Call Quality

This metric presents the number of contacts, assigned to campaigns, who successfully received calls during the selected timeframe.

Opt-Out Rate

Understanding customer preferences is crucial to maintaining successful customer relationships. The opt-out rate metric provides insight into how many contacts opted out after successfully receiving your SMS.

NOTE: You'll notice discrepancies in the numbers for the Message Delivery opt-out rate. This is because the opt-out rate on the Message Delivery page is determined by the number of messages. In contrast, the opt-out rate in the Lead Quality dashboard is based on the contact count.

In summary, WooAI's new Performance and Lead Quality Dashboards give you a clear understanding of your business performance and lead quality. They turn complex data into easy-to-understand insights, helping you make smarter decisions. These dashboards help you see how much time you're saving, how well you're engaging with customers, and how effective your campaigns are. By using these tools, you can make improvements where needed and boost your business success. These dashboards show our commitment to helping you make the most of your data in a simple, user-friendly way.
