Rounding to Half-Hourly Increments
Previously, {{wooai}} was rounding time slots to the nearest 5 minutes, sometimes leading to "odd time" suggestions such as 5:05, 5:15, or 5:20. Moving forward, we're prioritizing time slot suggestions that round to the nearest 30-minute increments, e.g., 5:00, 5:30.
Time Slot Priority
When proposing meeting times, we'll now first suggest slots that fall on the hour or half-hour (0:00 or 0:30). If these times are unavailable, we'll then offer quarter-hour options (0:15, 0:45). As a last resort, we'll present the remaining time slots (0:05, 0:10, etc.).
Next-Day Suggestion Rule
In situations where there are not enough available slots on a given day, WooAI will suggest time slots for the following day, adhering to the same prioritization rules (starting with 0:00, 0:30, and so forth).
