Zapier Update — Action: Create Appointment in WooSender

Current Limitations:

In the previous Zapier setting, when using the Create Appointment action in Zapier, the "Assignee" field was mandatory. Users need to select an assignee from a dropdown list. This process might be inconvenient for some of you, as all appointments created through Zapier end up assigned to the same user.

The Feature Update:

Our latest update significantly improves the flexibility of this process. Here's what's new when creating an appointment in WooSender:

If an Assignee is selected in Zapier:

The selected assignee will be assigned to the appointment, just like before.

If no Assignee is selected in Zapier, and the contact has an assignee:

In this case, the contact's assignee will be used as the assignee for the appointment. This feature makes it much more convenient to automatically assign appointments based on existing contact assignees.

If no Assignee is selected in Zapier, and the contact does not have an assignee:

The appointment will be left unassigned. This gives you maximum flexibility, allowing specific appointments to be manually assigned later based on your organizational needs.

This enhanced flexibility in appointment assigning is designed to save you time and minimize manual reassignments, allowing you to focus more on your business and less on administrative tasks. We hope you enjoy the update!
