WooAI's New Campaign Automation Timezone Feature

We're excited to share WooAI's new feature, Campaign Automation Timezone, designed to help you manage campaign calls across different time zones. Here's what's new:

1. Follow Contact Timezone

Enable the "Follow contact timezone" option in campaign preferences, and WooSender will send automation messages based on the contact timezone. If this option is off, we'll stick to the campaign timezone.

NOTE: No matter whether the toggle is ON or OFF, WooAI will suggest times based on the contact timezone.

2. Automatic Timezone for New Contacts

New contacts? Their time zones will be filled in automatically when they're imported or added. This saves you time and ensures accuracy.

3. Manual Timezone for Old Contacts

For older contacts without a timezone or newly added contacts have moved from their original timezone, you can manually add it on their contact page. This keeps all contact info consistent and up-to-date.

4. Default Timezone

If a contact's timezone is missing, WooAI will use the campaign timezone to schedule calls. This makes sure nothing stands in the way of your campaign process.
