Pushing data into Woosender

Pushing data into ClickFunnels


Setting up the trigger

  1. Locate "ClickFunnels" within the section labeled "App & Event," and select it

  2. Choose the specific "Event" that will initiate the transfer of data to WooSender

  3. Select your ClickFunnels account to connect

  4. Click "Test trigger" and then "Continue"


Setting up the Action

  1. Search for WooSender and choose the latest version

  2. Select the "Event" that will trigger this action

  3. Configure required fields and leave the “Assignee” field as “Choose Value” for Round Robin

  4. Click "Test action"

  5. Verify if the test contact has been added to your WooSender account

  6. Once the test contact has been successfully added to WooSender, click "Publish"


How to push data in based on tag

  1. Locate the "tag" field in the action and select the designated tag

  2. choose the appropriate tags that will be assigned to your leads after they are transferred to WooSender


How to push data in for pipeline & stage

  1. Search for WooSender and choose the latest version

  2. Select "Add/Move Opportunity" within the section labeled "Event"

  3. Select one of the options for each required field

  4. Click "Continue" then "Test action"

  5. Once the test opportunity has been successfully created in Woosender, click "Publish"


How to push data out based on new contact created

  1. Select "New Contact in Woosender" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to ClickFunnels

  2. Select your ClickFunnels account to connect

  3. Under "Event", select "Create contact profile"

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"


How to push data out based on tag

  1. Select "Tag added in Woosender" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to ClickFunnels

  2. Select your ClickFunnelsaccount to connect

  3. Under "Event", select "Add tag to email in ClickFunnels"

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"


How to push data out based on tag deleted

  1. Select "Tag deleted in Woosender" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to ClickFunnels

  2. Select your ClickFunnels account to connect

  3. Under "Event", select "Remove tag from email in ClickFunnels"

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"

  1. Select "Appointment Created in Woosender" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to ClickFunnels

  2. Select your ClickFunnels account to connect

  3. Select your desired "Event" trigger

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"

  2. Select your ClickFunnels account to connect

  3. Select your desired "Event" trigger

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"

  1. Select "Opportunity Deactivated Pipeline/Stage" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to ClickFunnels

  2. Select your ClickFunnels account to connect

  3. Select your preferred event

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"
