Pushing Data into Monday.com

Pushing Data into WooSender


Setting up the trigger

  1. Locate "Monday.com" within the section labeled "App & Event," and select it

  2. Choose the specific "Event" that will initiate the transfer of data to WooSender

  3. Select your Monday.com account to connect

  4. Select the board that will be triggered by the Zap

  5. Click "Test trigger" and then "Continue"


Setting up the action

  1. Configure the trigger fields

  2. Configure required fields and leave the “Assignee” field as “Choose Value” for Round Robin

  3. Click on "Test action"

  4. Verify if the test contact has been added to your WooSender account

  5. Once the test contact has been successfully added to WooSender, click "Publish"


How to push data in based on tag

  1. Locate the "tag" field in the action and select the designated tag

  2. choose the appropriate tags that will be assigned to your leads after they are transferred to WooSender


How to push data in for pipeline & stage

  1. Select "Add/Move Opportunity" within the section labeled "Event"

  2. Select one of the options for each required field

  3. Click "Continue" then "Test action"

  4. Once the test opportunity has been successfully created in Woosender, click "Publish"


How to push data in for a scheduled appointment

  1. Select "Booking Scheduled in "Monday.com" as the trigger

  2. Click "Action" and search "Woosender"

  3. Configure the required trigger fields

  4. Click "Continue" then "Test action"

  5. Once the test appointment has been successfully created in Woosender, click "Publish"


How to push data out based on new contact created

  1. Select "New Contact in Woosender" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to Close

  2. Select your Close. account to connect

  3. Under "Event", select "Create item in Monday.com"

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"


How to push data out based on a scheduled appointment

  1. Select "Appointment created in Woosender" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to Monday.com

  2. Select your Monday.com account to connect

  3. Under "Event", select "Create Item in Monday.com"

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"


How to push data out based on a cancelled appointment

  1. Select "Appointment cancelled in Woosender" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to Monday.com

  2. Select your Monday.com account to connect

  3. Under "Event", select "Create Item in Monday.com"

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"


How to push data out based on the tag

  1. Select "Tag added in Woosender" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to Monday.com

  2. Select your Monday.com account to connect

  3. Select the desired "Event"

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"


How to push data out based on tag deleted

  1. Select "Tag deleted in Woosender" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to Monday.com

  2. Select your Monday.com account to connect

  3. Select the desired "Event"

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"


How to push data out based on opportunity added or moved to pipeline/stage

  1. Select "Opportunity Added or Moved to Pipeline/Stage" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to Monday.com

  2. Select your Monday.com account to connect

  3. Under "Event", select "Change Multiple Columns Value"

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"


How to push data out based on opportunity deactivated from pipeline/stage

  1. Select "Opportunity Deactivated or Moved to Pipeline/Stage" as the trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to Monday.com

  2. Select your Monday.com account to connect

  3. Under "Event", select "Change Multiple Columns Value"

  4. Configure the required fields

  5. Click "Continue" and then "Test action"
