Select Airtable
Select Event (New or Updated Record)
Connect Airtable Account
Fill out trigger data
Test (if successful publish zap)

Connect WooSender account
Fill out the data required. (Leave it blank for assignee if Round Robin is on)
Test (if successful) publish Zap

How to push data in for normal contact
Select create contact action
Select and fill out the data (contact name, email, phone number)
Test action (if successful publish zap)
How to push data in for a scheduled appointment
Select Send Appointment to WooSender
Fill out the required data
Make sure to add either phone or email so WooSender can find the contact and update the contact

Select Add/Move Opportunity to Pipeline/Stage Action
Fill out the required data
Make sure to add either phone or email so WooSender can find the contact and update the contact

Select Create Record in Airtable
Make sure the Title, StartTime, and endTime columns are created in Airtable
Insert data into Title, StartTime, and endTime columns in Zapier

Select Create Contact in WooSender
Fill out the required actions
Fill out the Tag action, and select the Tag you want to attach to the contact

Pushing Data in Airtable
Setting up trigger
Find and click on "WooSender" in the App & Event section
Choose the trigger for pushing data into Airtable
Select your WooSender account to connect
Click "Test trigger" and then "Continue"
Setting up the Action
Look for Airtable and click on the most recent version in the App
Set up the action trigger fields
Click on "Test action"
Go to your Airtable account and verify if the test contact has been added
If the test contact has been successfully added to Airtable, publish your Zap
How to push data out based on opportunity added or moved to pipeline/stage
Select Create Record Airtable
Create Status and Stage columns inside of Airtable
Select Status or Stage and input data inside Zapier
Select the particular stage or pipeline to which you want to populate inside of Airtable
Go to your Airtable account and verify if the stage info has been added
If the test info has been successfully added to Airtable, publish your Zap

Make sure the tag column is created inside of Airtable
Select tag action
Insert tag data
Test Action (if successful, publish zap)
