Pushing Data into Airtable


Setting Up Trigger

  1. Select Airtable

  2. Select Event (New or Updated Record)

  3. Connect Airtable Account

  4. Fill out trigger data

  5. Test (if successful publish zap)

Setting Up Action

  1. Select WooSender

  2. Select Create Contact *Event

  3. Connect WooSender account

  4. Fill out the data required. (Leave it blank for assignee if Round Robin is on)

  5. Test (if successful) publish Zap


Pushing Data in WooSender

How to push data in for normal contact

  1. Select create contact action

  2. Select and fill out the data (contact name, email, phone number)

  3. Test action (if successful publish zap)

How to push data in for a scheduled appointment

  1. Select Send Appointment to WooSender

  2. Fill out the required data

  3. Make sure to add either phone or email so WooSender can find the contact and update the contact

  4. Test action (if successful publish zap)

How to push data into a pipeline & stage

  1. Select Add/Move Opportunity to Pipeline/Stage Action

  2. Fill out the required data

  3. Make sure to add either phone or email so WooSender can find the contact and update the contact

  4. Test action (if successful publish zap)

How to push data in based on Appointment Cancelled

  1. Select Create Record in Airtable

  2. Make sure the Title, StartTime, and endTime columns are created in Airtable

  3. Insert data into Title, StartTime, and endTime columns in Zapier

  4. Test Action (if successful publish zap)

How to push data in based on the tag

  1. Select Create Contact in WooSender

  2. Fill out the required actions

  3. Fill out the Tag action, and select the Tag you want to attach to the contact

  4. Test Action (if successful publish zap)


Pushing Data in Airtable

Setting up trigger

  1. Find and click on "WooSender" in the App & Event section

  2. Choose the trigger for pushing data into Airtable

  3. Select your WooSender account to connect

  4. Click "Test trigger" and then "Continue"

Setting up the Action

  1. Look for Airtable and click on the most recent version in the App

  2. Set up the action trigger fields

  3. Click on "Test action"

  4. Go to your Airtable account and verify if the test contact has been added

  5. If the test contact has been successfully added to Airtable, publish your Zap


How to push data out based on opportunity added or moved to pipeline/stage

  1. Select Create Record Airtable

  2. Create Status and Stage columns inside of Airtable

  3. Select Status or Stage and input data inside Zapier

  4. Select the particular stage or pipeline to which you want to populate inside of Airtable

  5. Go to your Airtable account and verify if the stage info has been added

  6. If the test info has been successfully added to Airtable, publish your Zap


How to push data out based on the tag

  1. Make sure the tag column is created inside of Airtable

  2. Select tag action

  3. Insert tag data

  4. Test Action (if successful, publish zap)

How to push data out when the tag is deleted from the contact

  1. Make sure the tag column is created inside of Airtable

  2. Select tag action

  3. Insert tag delete data

  4. Test Action (if successful, publish zap)


How to push data out based on the appointment created

  1. Select Create Record in Airtable

  2. Make sure the Title, StartTime, and EndTime columns are created in Airtable

  3. Insert data into Title, StartTime, and EndTime columns in Zapier

  4. Test Action (if successful publish zap)


How to push data out based on opportunity deactivated from pipeline/stage

  1. Select Create Record in Airtable

  2. Insert data into required actions (Base, Table, Firstname, Lastname, email, stages)

  3. Test Action (if successful publish zap)
