WooAI will examine the calendars of the chosen users and strive to distribute appointments evenly among the team members.
How to enable Pooled Availabilities?
Go to the campaign that has WooBooking ON
Find the "Pooled Availabilities" on the WooBooking page
Turn on the Pooled Availabilities toggle
Add more than 1 user in the field
The system checks all teammates' available time.
It tries to assign appointments evenly across the group.
