This feature allows for effortless rescheduling by automatically removing the closest appointment with the client when a specific trigger word is activated.
How It Works:
When a client requests a call reschedule, the designated word or phrase in WooResponse will be triggered. Once WooAI finds the appointment with the client, it will promptly remove the appointment that is nearest in time and you can manually set up a new appointment.
