Pushing data into OnceHub
Setting up the trigger
Locate "OnceHub" within the section labeled "App & Event," and select it
Choose the specific trigger that will initiate the transfer of data to WooSender
Select your OnceHub account to connect
Click "Test trigger" and then "Continue"
Setting up the action
Search for WooSender and choose the latest version
Configure the trigger fields
Configure required fields and leave the “Assignee” field as “Choose Value” for Round Robin
Click on "Test action"
Verify if the test contact has been added to your WooSender account
If the test contact has been successfully added to WooSender, publish your Zap
How to push data in based on tag
Locate the "tag" field in the action
Choose the appropriate tags that will be assigned to your leads after they are transferred to WooSender
How to push data in for pipeline & stage
Search for WooSender and choose the latest version
Select "Add/Move Opportunity" within the section labeled "Event"
Select one of the options for each required field
Click "Continue" then "Test action"
Once the test opportunity has been successfully created in Woosender, click "Publish"
How to push data in for a scheduled appointment
Select "Booking Scheduled in OnceHub" as the trigger
Click "Action" and search "Woosender"
Configure the required trigger fields
Click "Continue" then "Test action"
Once the test appointment has been successfully created in Woosender, click "Publish"
