Before setting up Zapier
In order to smoothly transfer your Facebook leads without any interruptions, it's important to ensure that your Facebook settings are configured correctly. To do this, please visit https://business.facebook.com/settings and confirm that the Lead Access page displays a green highlighted box, as shown in the screenshot below ⬇️
This will enable users with "Full control" to send leads from Facebook to WooSender seamlessly.
Proper Settings
Go to https://business.facebook.com/settings ➡️ Integrations ➡️ Lead Access
Click your page
Check if you have the same setting as the screenshot in the green highlighted box
When you don't have the same settings
Click "Restore Default Access" on the Lead Access page
Click "Restore Default"
Pushing data into WooSender
Setting up the trigger
Find and click on "Facebook Lead Ads" in the App & Event section
Choose the event "New Lead"
Select your Facebook account to connect
Choose your page & form
Click "Test trigger" and then "Continue"
Setting up the Action
Look for WooSender and click on the latest version in the App
Select the event when you want data to be pushed in
Set up the action trigger fields (leave the assignee field "blank" under the campaign if using Round Robin)
Click on "Test action"
Go to your WooSender account and verify if the test contact has been added
If the test contact has been successfully added to WooSender, publish your Zap
How to push data into a selected pipeline & stage
Locate the pipeline and stage fields in the action
Select the particular stage and pipeline to which you want to direct the leads
How to push data in based on the tag
Locate the "tag" field in the action
Select the appropriate tags that will be assigned to your leads after they are transferred to WooSender
