About the Feature

This feature helps you maintain compliance with the Federal Do-Not-Contact Registry and eliminates the need for third-party tools. You can find the Settings โžก๏ธ Account Info, under Validator.

Validator will automatically check if any contacts on your newly imported list are registered with the Federal Do-Not-Contact Registry or if a phone number is a landline. If a contact is found on the registry, an icon will appear next to their name, keeping you informed and compliant.

This feature will work when:

  • Contacts are imported from the CSV file

  • Contact is added manually

  • Creating a contact from a conversation

  • Woo Response creates contact

  • Contacts are imported from Zapier

  • You update the individual contacts

  • File is uploaded with updates from the CSV file

  • WooResponse Capture Data phone number

โš ๏ธ Important

  1. Validator feature is turned on for everyone. If you prefer not to use this feature, simply manually turn it off in your settings

  2. Once the toggle is switched on, each check of newly added or updated contacts will incur a fee of $0.01

NOTE: DNC Registry and Do Not Contact toggle are irrelevant, they will work separately

With Validator, you no longer need third-party tools to verify if a contact is on the Federal DNC list or if a phone number is a landline. We believe this feature will make your WooSender experience more compliant and hassle-free. Get ready to improve your communication strategy while maintaining adherence to the Federal Do-Not-Contact Registry regulations.
