You can cancel your account from Billing & Payment page --> Subscription --> Cancel subscription.
Cancelling your subscription does not mean that you will not be able to use Woosender the moment you cancel your subscription. You can continue to use Woosender until the end of the current cycle.
Therefore, we recommend cancelling your subscription as soon as you are decided to avoid being charged on the next billing cycle.
Few things to do before canceling the subscription:
Unassign all contacts from the campaigns.
Cancel all appointments that are scheduled from your next billing cycle.
Please let us know if you intend to come back so that your account is not deleted from our system.
