Go to Settings

Select Live Chat Widget (left side - scroll a bit down)

Select the + add live widget button

Choose the Manual Live Chat Option

Select Configure

Enter Company Name

Select Color scheme

Select the live chat behavior

Click the save button

Enter Company Name

Select Color scheme

Select the live chat behavior

Click the save button

Select Preferences (under Greetings)

Choose Live chat office hours (Every day or Custom days)

Set your typical response time (when you are in the office and out off the office)

Click the save button

Select Woo Ai (under Preferences)

Turn on Woo Response (option)

Select + add library

Click the save button

Select installation at the bottom

Copy and paste the code into your website
