How to Delete Message Templates

Go to Settings

Click on message templates

Click the + add template button

Choose SMS or Email

Fill out the blank spaces with your message

Click Save

Go to Settings

Select Message Templates

Choose the Message Template you want to edit

Edit the message

Click the save button

Click on Settings

Select Message Templates

Check the box next to the message you wish to duplicate

Select the Duplicate button

Select Yes (the pop-up)

Edit the duplicate message

Go to Settings

Select Message Templates

Check the empty box next to the message template you wish to delete

Select the Permanently Delete button

Click the Delete option
