Article Shortcuts:

**Please note that the appointment setup from the Settings will only go out when the contacts are not assigned to the campaign that has an appointment set up.

How to set Calendar Invite

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Appointments

  3. Choose Calendar Invite

  4. Change any of the details to make it yours or use the default message

  5. Click the Save button

NOTE: Calendar Invite will only be sent when users synced their personal Google or Outlook calendar.


How to set Appointment Confirmation

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Appointments

  3. Click on Confirmation

  4. Change anything to make it your own or use the default message

  5. Click the Save button


How to Create a Reminder

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Appointments

  3. Choose Reminder

  4. Switch on the toggle

  5. Click + Add Reminder button

  6. Choose a Reminder type (SMS, Email, or Voicemail)

  7. Choose the Time before event option

  8. Add a Message your reminder

  9. Click the Save button
