Go to Settings
Select WooSender Numbers
Click the empty white to make the WooSender number default
How to Record Incoming and Outgoing Calls
Click on Settings
Select WooSender Numbers
Scroll to the right
Turn on the toggle to record incoming/outgoing calls
How to create a Warning Message
Create a greeting message and notify leads that their call will be recorded when they call the WooSender number
Switch Message toggle
Hover near the toggle until you see a pencil
Click the pencil
Edit the message
Save
How to turn on Voicemail
Go to Settings
Select WooSender Numbers
Scroll to the right
Turn on the Voicemail toggle
How to turn on Call Forwarding
Go to Settings
Select WooSender Numbers
Scroll the right
**Hover over the “-” to add the number
Enter the number you want to forward to **Press enter to save
NOTE:
If there is only one WooSender number and there is no call forwarding number, the inbound call will be automatically connected to the voicemail.
Don't forget to turn on the Call Forwarding toggle on the General Info page.
How to Turn On Call Forwarding
Go to Settings
Click on General Info
Add your Phone Number
Turn on the Call Forwarding Toggle
Click the Save button
How to Add a New WooSender Number
Go to Settings
Select WooSender Numbers
Select + Add Number
Enter the Area code you want
Choose your WooSender Number
Click the Save button
