1. Go to Settings
2. Click Email
3. Create an Outgoing Email name
4. Save

NOTE: Outgoing name will be shown when the leads are not assigned to anyone and got the email from your account.

This signature will be used for all outgoing emails. An individual user cannot create their own signature.

Email signature will go out only when you add a custom code to your automation email event. Find {{AccountSignature}} inside of the Custom Value
