Go to the Campaign page

Choose the campaign you want to add an automation event to

Click Automation (+ Add Event button) top right

Choose the type (SMS, Email, Voicemail)

Fill in the Blanks

Select Save

Go to the Campaign page

Choose the campaign you want to add an automation event to

Select the Automation Option

Choose the event to edit

Click the Save button
