How to add a Campaign

  1. Go to the Campaign Page

  2. Click the + Add Campaign button on the top right

How to Add an SMS automation event

  1. Go to the Campaign page

  2. Choose the campaign

  3. Click Automation option

  4. Click + Add Event Button

  5. Choose the SMS button and fill out the blank boxes

  6. Click the Save button

How to add an email event

  1. Go to the Campaign tab

  2. Click Automation option

  3. Click the + Add Event button

  4. Choose the Email Type option

  5. Enter the info in black spaces

  6. Click the Save button

How to Create a Voicemail Automation

  1. Go to the Campaign Tab

  2. Click the Automation tab

  3. Click the + add event button (top right)

  4. Choose the VoiceMail Type Button

  5. Create your own inside of WooSender or Upload your own

  6. Click the Save button

How to add {{Short Code}}

  1. Click the Campaign

  2. Choose the event you want to add the shortcodes

  3. Click on Custom Value to see all supported Shortcodes

  4. Select the Save button

NOTE: Short codes are only supported in the SMS event, Email event, and Woo Response libraries. Codes are not going to work on manual SMS, Email messages.
