Article Shortcut:

Individual Contact Page refers to a page that is dedicated to providing contact information for a specific person. If you wish to contact this specific individual through SMS, email, or phone call, this is the designated place to do so. Additional information such as appointments, notes, tags or custom info can also be found here.

How to Edit/ Add General Info

  1. Click the individual contact from the Contacts page.

  2. To edit the contact’s name, click the pencil icon beside the status and press the “enter” tab

  3. To edit the contact’s email, click the pencil icon beside the status and press the “enter” tab

  4. To edit the contact’s phone number, click the pencil icon beside the status and press the “enter” tab

NOTE: By turning ON the “Do Not Contact” toggle, the contact will no longer receive any automation and you will not be able to assign the contact to any campaigns.


How to Add Opportunity

  1. Click add Opportunity + Opportunity name is added by default

  2. Select Heat Score

  3. Put Value ($)

  4. Select the Pipeline and Stage

  5. Select an Assignee + Contributors

NOTE:

  1. By default, when an opportunity is added, they are given an “interested” score. Heat score is a tool you can use to help you organize your opportunities that reflects the likelihood of a lead becoming a paying customer. In addition, it allows you to note down the total profit you can earn with the given opportunity in the “value” field.

  2. You can have more than one “opportunity”, but adding another “opportunity”, will deactivate your current “opportunity”, and the newly added one will be activated.


How to Add/ Edit Campaign

  1. Scroll down to the Campaign Info section

  2. Click the pencil icon under the "Name"

  3. Select a campaign that you want to assign, click "No Campaign" to unassign the contact from the campaign


How to Activate/ Deactivate WooAI

Allows Woo system to send automation events/ Wooresponse.

  1. Scroll down to the WooAI section

  2. Turn on or off the toggle to activate/ deactivate WooAI

NOTE: Once a contact is assigned to a campaign, the WooAI toggle will turn on automatically, however, as soon as the user sends a message manually, the toggle will be turned OFF automatically.


How to Add/ Edit Custom Info

Custom Info includes information and data on import.

How to Add Custom Info

  1. Scroll down to the Custom Info section

  2. Hover over to the three dots (…) by Custom Info

  3. Click More Custom Info

  4. Click "Add Custom Field"

  5. Click "Save"

NOTE: You can also add, edit, and display custom info from Settings -- Custom Info.

How to edit Custom Info

  1. Scroll down to the Custom Info section

  2. Click the pencil icon next to one of the custom info

  3. Change the name


How to Add Message Template

The Message Template is where your predetermined texts are located. It can be used to send common messages quickly.

Attach Template and Send Message

  1. Click “Use template” inside of the text box

  2. Click the template that you want to send

  3. Click "Send"

NOTE: Any kind of shortcode including {{wooai}} will not work outside of the automation events.


How to Add Notes

Notes are where brief reminders/ ideas can be written down (only visible to the user).

  1. Scroll down and find the Notes section

  2. Click Add Note

  3. Write title + note

  4. Click Add


Add Tags

Tags are a tool that helps you categorize your contacts. This section shows you which tags are attached to this contact.

  1. Scroll down to the Tags section

  2. Click "Add Tag"

  3. Select tags as many as you want


How to Create an Appointment

Appointments show you past and upcoming appointments booked for this contact.

  1. Click Add Appointment

  1. Scroll down to the Appointment section

  2. Click "Add Appointment"

  3. Write the Title + Details (you may add Woo {{shortcodes}} you wish to include)

  4. Select the Start time, Duration and Assignee

  5. Click Add

NOTE:

  1. If you want to change the appointment duration for ALL contacts in that campaign, you will have to go to the booking campaign -- Woo Booking -- Settings -- appointment duration.

  2. If you want AI to automatically connect the assignee’s call to the scheduled contact at the time of appointment, you may turn this toggle ON.
