WooSender's "Actions for Selected Contact(s)" feature allows users to perform targeted actions on specific contacts, streamlining workflow and saving time. This capability enhances efficiency in customer management.
How to Assign a Contact to a Campaign
- Go to the Contacts 
- Check the empty box beside it 
- The assigned Campaign Box will appear 
- Choose the Campaign you wish to assign to the contact 
How to Assign a User to a Contact
- Go to the Contacts page 
- Check the white box beside the contacts name 
- Assign User Button will pop up 
- Choose the user you want this contact to be assigned to 
How to Set custom info
- Go to the Contact Page 
- Check the white box beside the Contact(s) name 
- Select Custom Info 
- Choose Which Custom info you want to add to the Contact 
- Enter the information 
- Click the Save button 
How to Add tags
- Go to the Contact Page 
- Check the empty box next to the Contact Name 
- Select the Add Tags Button 
- Choose Tag 
- Click Add 
How to Add an Opportunity
- Go to the Contact Page 
- Check Off the White Box (beside the contacts name) 
- Select Add Opportunity button 
- Fill Out Opportunity info 
- Click the Add Button 
How to Delete a Contact
- Go to the Contact Page 
- Check the empty box beside the contact you want to delete 
- The Delete button will pop up - Click it to delete the contact
