In the latest update to WooSender, we give you more options when it comes to updating the "Stage" when a contact responds or schedules a call with the AI.
Responded
When a contact responds for the very first time to your message.
Go to the Campaign
Preferences (Scroll Down)
Trigger Actions (Turn on the toggle)
Fill out the Stage you want to update when a contact responds for the very first time.
Save
Now every time a contact responds to the very first message, the stage will be updated to the Stage you chose.
Scheduled
When the WooAi schedules a call with a contact, update Stage to Scheduled.
Go to the Campaign Page
Click the AI booking Campaign (or any other booking campaign)
Woo Booking
Add/Update Opportunity
Turn on toggle
Update Stage to Scheduled
Save
Now every time the ai schedules a call with a contact, the stage will be updated automatically to Scheduled.
