Learn how to use newly launched pipeline

NOTE: If you don't want to include a certain stage in the chart view, you can turn off the "Chart View" toggle on the stage edit page.


How to add an opportunity

From the pipeline page

  1. Click Add Opportunity

  2. Click the contact who you want to create as an opportunity

  3. Add value or add a product

  4. Select the stage that you want to assign the opportunity to

  5. Save

From the contact page

  1. Click the contact

  2. Click "Add Opportunity" under Opportunities

  3. Add value or product

  4. Select the pipeline and stage that you want to assign the opportunity to

  5. Save


How to move an opportunity to another stage

From the pipeline page

  1. Drag an opportunity to the specific stage that you want to move an opportunity to

From the contact page

  1. Go to the individual contact page

  2. Click the pencil icon (edit) in the opportunity tab

  3. Change the stage

  4. Save

NOTE: The most recently added opportunity will be on top of the stage.


How to add a new pipeline

  1. Go to Settings - Pipeline page

  2. Click "Add Pipeline" at the top right corner

  3. Give a name

  4. Click "Add"


How to edit the pipeline

From Settings

Edit stage

  1. Click the pipeline

  2. Click the pencil (edit) icon

  3. Change the color of the stage or add, edit, or remove actions

  4. Save

Change the order of stages

  1. Drag the dots on the left side of the stage tab and drag it down or up

From Pipeline

  1. Click "Edit Pipeline" at the top left of the page

  2. Configure stages as you wanted

NOTE:

The pipeline with old statuses (Lead, Scheduled, Showed, Won, Lost) as stages cannot be renamed. If you wish to use different stage names, create a new pipeline.


How to filter out the opportunities

  1. Click "Filters"

  2. Select filters that you want

  3. Save

  4. To remove filters, click "Clear Filters"

If you are looking to view responded, scheduled, showed, scheduled contacts. You can filter by Pipeline > Stages


How to check the detailed opportunity information

  1. Click the opportunity card

  2. Check the opportunity's details on the right-side panel or edit


How to turn on DNC (Do Not Contact)

  1. Click the opportunity card or go to the individual contact page

  2. Turn on the toggle on the right-side panel under the General Info section

  3. Click "Yes" on the pop-up

NOTE:

  1. When the contact messages STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT or turn on the Do Not Contact (DNC)

  2. When the contact doesn't want to get a message from WooSender numbers, you can turn on DNC. Once DNC is turned on, you will not be able to send out any messages and the contact will be removed from the pipeline and the opportunity will be changed to inactive.


How to create a product

  1. Go to the Product page from Settings

  2. Click "Add Product" at the top right corner

  3. Enter the name of the product

  4. Enter the price of the product

NOTE: Modifying a product does not affect opportunities that already had a product before the modification was made. The modified product will be only applied to opportunities assigned to the product after the modification. Opportunities with the product before the changes will remain unique for each opportunity.


How to assign a product to the opportunity

  1. Open the individual contact page or opportunity card from the pipeline page

  2. Select the product that you want to assign to the opportunity

  3. Save

NOTE: If you assign the product, you will no longer be able to add value. Product price will be reflected in the value. Moreover, if you modify the product price for a specific opportunity, the modified product will remain a unique product for that opportunity.


How to add an opportunity using Woo AI

Woo Booking

  1. Go to the campaign - Woo Booking

  2. Turn on the "Add/ Update Opportunity" toggle

  3. Enter the information

  4. Save

Woo Response

  1. Go to the Woo Response Library

  2. Select the row and click "edit"

  3. Go to Actions

  4. Click "Add/Update Opportunity

  5. Save

Note: If you don't want to update all fields of opportunities that exist in the same pipeline, uncheck the "update all fields if an opportunity already exists in the same pipeline" box.
