Woosender is focused on helping you deliver trusted communications.

Do you know that 99% of the compliance suspension can be avoided if you do the following 2 things:

  1. Validated your email/phone number (Woosender has a phone number validation feature built-in into our platform, you will have to turn it on under account settings)

  2. No S.H.A.F.T content. E.g Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, and Tobacco.

Account or email suspension is triggered when the US Carriers or Email provider reach out to Woosender

You will be required to take immediate action as per the instructions below:

ATTENTION

If you receive a message from us about your "Non-Compliant Messaging Activity". Please respond immediately to avoid service disruption.

Once the issue is fixed, please let us know so we can submit an explanation to the US Carriers. As long as the issue is fixed, 99% of the time you are good to go.

This is a warning from the US wireless carriers. Any future violation of their terms will result in permanent suspension, removal, and suspension of your Woosender account subscription immediately.
