Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
An active Zapier account.
Admin access to your Lawmatics account.
Admin access to your WooSender account.
Step 1: Log in to Zapier
Go to Zapier and log in.
Click Create Zap in the upper-left corner.
Step 2: Set Lawmatics as the Trigger App
In the Trigger section, search for and select Lawmatics.
Choose a trigger event, such as:
New Contact Created – triggers when a new lead/contact is added in Lawmatics.
New Matter Created – triggers when a new matter is created.
Connect your Lawmatics account when prompted by pasting your API key (found under Settings > Integrations > API in Lawmatics).
Test the trigger to make sure Zapier pulls in sample data from Lawmatics.
Step 3: Set WooSender as the Action App
In the Action section, search for and select WooSender.
Choose the action event, such as:
Create Contact – sends new Lawmatics leads to WooSender.
Connect your WooSender account. If this is your first time, Zapier will ask for your WooSender API key (found under Settings > API in WooSender).
Map the fields from Lawmatics to WooSender, for example:
First Name → First Name
Last Name → Last Name
Email → Email
Phone Number → Phone Number
Step 4: Test and Turn On Your Zap
Click Test Action to ensure that a sample Lawmatics lead is successfully pushed into WooSender.
If everything looks good, click Publish Zap.
Your integration is now live. From now on, whenever a new contact (or chosen trigger) happens in Lawmatics, the lead will automatically flow into WooSender.
Common Use Cases
Automatically push new Lawmatics leads into WooSender for automated outreach.
Sync Lawmatics client data with WooSender to maintain consistent records.
Trigger WooSender campaigns immediately when a Lawmatics event occurs.
⚡ Tip: You can add filters or multiple actions in Zapier if you only want certain types of leads to be sent to WooSender.
