Step 1: Create a Webhook in Zapier

  1. Log in to Zapier and click on "Create a Zap."

  2. Search for Webhooks by Zapier and select it as the trigger.

  3. Choose Catch Hook and click "Continue."

  4. Copy the webhook URL provided by Zapier.

Step 2: Set Up Webhook in Resimpli 3.0

  1. Log in to Resimpli 3.0.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks.

  3. Click on Add Webhook.

  4. Paste the Zapier Webhook URL into the designated field.

  5. Select the trigger event (e.g., New Lead, Updated Contact, etc.).

  6. Click Save to activate the webhook.

Step 3: Test the Webhook

  1. Go back to Zapier and click on "Test Trigger."

  2. Perform an action in Resimpli that triggers the webhook (e.g., add a new lead).

  3. Zapier should detect the webhook payload.

  4. Click Continue if the test is successful.

Step 4: Connect Woosender in Zapier

  1. Click on the "+" icon to add a new action step.

  2. Search for Woosender and select it.

  3. Choose an appropriate action (e.g., "Create Contact," "Add to Campaign").

  4. Click Continue and log in to your Woosender account.

  5. Map the webhook data from Resimpli to the Woosender fields.

  6. Click Continue and test the action.

Step 5: Turn On the Zap

  1. If the test is successful, click Publish Zap.

  2. Name the Zap and turn it on.

  3. Your integration is now live!

Step 1: Test the Webhook

  1. Go back to Zapier and click “Test Trigger.”

  2. In Resimpli, create or update a lead to trigger the webhook.

  3. Zapier should receive and display the lead data.

  4. Click Continue if the test is successful.

Step 2: Add a Filter for Lead Source

  1. Click the "+" icon below the webhook trigger to add a new step.

  2. Choose “PATH” by Zapier.

  3. Set the filter condition based on the lead source. For example:

    • Field: Lead Source

    • Condition: (Text) Exactly matches

    • Value: Facebook (replace with your desired source)

  4. Click Continue. Only leads with the specified source will proceed.

Step 3: Connect WooSender in Zapier

  1. Add a new action step by clicking "+".

  2. Search for WooSender and select it.

  3. Choose the desired action, such as “Create Contact” or “Add to Campaign.”

  4. Log in to your WooSender account.

  5. Map the necessary fields from Resimpli data (e.g., Name, Email, Phone).

  6. Click Continue and test the action.

Step 4: Turn On the Zap

  1. If the test is successful, click Publish Zap.

  2. Name the Zap and turn it on.

  3. Your integration is now live!

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure the webhook URL in Resimpli matches the one in Zapier.

  • Check if Resimpli is sending the correct payload by viewing Zapier’s webhook logs.

  • Verify Woosender credentials and API permissions.

  • Review field mappings to ensure correct data transfer.

This integration will automate lead transfers from Resimpli 3.0 to Woosender, improving efficiency and response time.
