We’re excited to introduce a small but impactful update to WooSender: the If Contact Does Not Reply Within, & When contact replies, Triggers. These new action triggers help improve the efficiency of your automated communication processes by ensuring that no lead is left waiting for too long without follow-up.
If Contact Does Not Reply Within Trigger Work?
If the AI sends a response and the contact doesn't reply within the timeframe of the trigger, the If Contact Does Not Reply Within Trigger will activate the actions.
Example: The AI sends out a response, but if the contact doesn’t reply within 5 minutes, the action will be triggered to mark the contact as "in attention." You can also set other actions if the 'If Contact Does Not Reply Within Trigger', like adding a tag, or assigning a user.
How Does When Contact Replies Trigger Work?
If a contact replies to your message, WooSender will change the contact's status to 'Attention' so you, the user, will know the contact has responded and needs your attention.
Example: The contact sends a response, and the WooAI toggle is turned off. WooSender will set the contact's status as attention so you can respond to the contact quickly.
Note: When Contact Replies Trigger will only fire IF the WooAI toggle is turned off.
How to access the If Contact Does Not Reply Within Trigger
Select a Campaign ➡️ Preferences ➡️ Trigger Actions ➡️ If Contact Does Not Reply Within Trigger
Note: The If Contact Does Not Reply Within Trigger will only trigger if the contact doesn't respond to the AI.

Note:
This trigger will apply to WooResponse (WooBooking will still follow the WooBooking Trigger Action settings)
If a Wooresponse trigger action activates WooBooking, it will follow the WooBooking Trigger Action setting.
WooResponse will need to be turned ON for If Contact Does Not Reply Within Trigger.
How to access When Contact Replies Trigger
Select a Campaign ➡️ Preferences ➡️ Trigger Actions ➡️ When Contact Replies Trigger
Note: By default, the trigger will be turned ON and will be set up for all new campaigns and all past campaigns.
